the venue is nice, it offers particularly nice breakfast and has incredible location just off the train station and city center. the rooms are huge and nice looking plus have essentials you need. nice touch to have an adjoining terrace and a balcony. the personnel is very very helpful and excellent, and the atmosphere is family.

The stay here was great for one night. the location not very far from city centre was favourable. the rooms were big and bright as for me, with a view of the garden.

Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of heat in the room and the slow Wi-Fi on the top floor, the overall experience was great. The location was perfect, with shops, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance. The complimentary breakfast, although simple, met our expectations. Additionally, the charming courtyard was a lovely place to relax. I would definitely recommend this guesthouse for a pleasant stay in Aveiro.
